How to place an order?

To place your order, please follow these steps:

Add the desired item to your cart on the product page.
Click the “View Cart” button located in the right corner of the page. This action will direct you to your cart.
Complete your purchase by selecting the “Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.

Please ensure that you fill out the "Remark" section; otherwise, you will be unable to complete your order. We also recommend reviewing our terms of purchase prior to finalizing your transaction.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed and prepared within 24-72 business hours from the order confirmation date. Please note that this processing time may vary during periods of sales or promotions. Should you believe your order is experiencing a delay, please reach out to our customer service team via the provided contact form.

Shipping Options:

BOX NOW delivery (2-4 working days): Available exclusively for Croatia
Standard Shipping (Hrvatska Pošta): Once prepared, the shipping time is 3 to 7 working days within Croatia, 5 to 10 working days for EU countries, and 5 to 15 working days for destinations outside the EU.

Important Note: During peak periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, courier companies may experience higher volumes, which could lead to slight delays in delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Returns and Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns under the following circumstances, excluding personalized items:

The order arrived in poor condition.
An incorrect size was ordered and a size exchange is desired.
The product does not meet your expectations, and you wish to exchange it for a different item or return it.

All products returned for exchange or refund must be in pristine condition with no visible signs of use. We cannot process exchanges or returns for items that are not returned in perfect condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are properly packaged to arrive at our facilities in excellent condition.

Gifts included with your purchase must also be returned if you are requesting a return.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate any exchange or return.

Exceptions: Orders placed between November 25th and January 6th may be exchanged or returned until February 7th.

What is the item warranty?

All items come with a three-month warranty for all components, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is valid for defects in materials and/or workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear or damage resulting from physical or accidental abuse. For care instructions, please refer to our online Jewelry Care guide.

To utilize the warranty, please contact us through our Returns Centre, and our Customer Care Service will assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once orders have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. Should you wish to cancel an order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Additionally, you have the option to manually cancel your orders directly from your user profile page.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes, you may remove items from your shopping bag provided that the order has not yet been processed. Please ensure to make any changes to your order before it is finalized.

Policy on Changes and Refunds for Personalized Items

Please be advised that personalized items are produced specifically to your request and, as such, cannot be modified or refunded unless they are defective.

Engraving Options for Jewel Designs

The ability to engrave on both sides of the jewel depends on the specific product. Engraving is feasible on items with flat front and back surfaces.

What types of engravings are available?

The engraving is limited to the name of the person you provide to us. If you have specific requests or need further assistance, please let us know.

Can I choose the font or style for the engraving?

Currently, we offer a standard engraving format and do not provide options for selecting different fonts or styles. If you have specific requests or need further assistance, please let us know.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Every product is carefully prepared at our facilities to ensure it arrives undamaged. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us. Maonno is not liable for any damages incurred during transportation.

If you experience difficulties placing an order or navigating the website, please restart your browser. If issues persist, contact us, and our IT team will assist you as soon as possible.

Accepted payment methods include:

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Items can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

If you ordered the wrong size,
If the product did not meet your expectations,
If the product was damaged at the time of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or hidden defects. Packaging should adequately protect the item during return shipping. We recommend using the original box if available. If the product is returned in a condition other than how it was received, the request for a return or exchange will be void.

The return or exchange window lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery.

For exchanges, visit our Returns Center, and our Customer Support team will guide you through the process.

For returns, fill out the form in our Returns Center. Once your package reaches us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, provide details for a Croatian bank account.

Maonno is not liable for lost packages, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in good condition.

Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.

ITEMS WARRANTY

All products are covered by a warranty for material and workmanship defects in accordance with applicable law. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes related to these Terms of Service will be governed by Croatian law and settled by competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
